2016 Cruiser Rv Mpg 2800qb Rv Review from Charlotte, North Carolina
Bought a brand new 2016 MPG. Less than 6 months old and had a few issues.
Filed a complain and after a 2 month wait I finally get an answer. Denied. The awning leaks, the floor has bad spot in it, the flush tank valve leaks and the led lights are turning yellow instead of clear.
Worst mistake buying a cruiser.
Warranty is useless. Wasted money on an extended warranty too. Stay away from cruiser rv. They want to sell the product but will not stand behind their product.
Excuses for not accepting the claim all point back to me or that's just the way it's made.
Thing is we camp every month and no one we camp with has these issues.
Stay away
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Check your axles. Ours bent, frame bent, tire blowout, box pulling apart from frame.
Same inside problems, plumbing, sliders, door panels popping out, trim popping off all over the place. Sliders even worse than from the day we took it home. My guess is because the frame is bent. We have a 282BHS.
Supposed to have 5000 lb. axels according to standard specs, but only have 3500.
